Seismic fidelity de-noising with reflection anisotropy

Abstract:Combing the L2 norm with the L1 norm of seismic data,we propose a weighting function which transforms routine non-uniformity stacking for seismic data into uniformity stacking to suppress random noise and enhance the continuity of the reflection events.This approach improves seismic data precision for later data processing and interpretation.As reflection waves show anisotropic and noise is isotropic,we construct an anisotropic function and apply it in the weighted stacking to suppress noise based on the fidelity de-noising.Model and seismic data tests show that the proposed method can not only effectively suppress random noise but also preserve seismic amplitudes even weak reflection.
作者简介: 张恒磊,博士,讲师,1984年生;2011年获中国地质大学(武汉)地球探测与信息技术博士学位,曾在University of Sao Paulo做博士后研究,现在中国地质大学从事教学与科研工作。以第一作者在Geophysics等期刊发表论文20余篇。研究领域主要集中在重磁位场理论与重震联合反演、重磁异常精细处理与三维反演。
